Friday Night Lights Renewed for 2 More Season - Maybe...probably. I find this very exciting as Connie Britton and Kyle Chandler are the best couple on TV. Absolutely no contest.
Cat Cora and Partner Expecting - First, I had no idea Iron Chef America's Cat Cora was a lesbian, (but, you know, props for that), but she and her partner are both pregnant...at the same time. All I can say to that is, "Yikes."
Will Arnet and Jason Bateman are Funny - And when they make fun of each other, we all win...

Red, I think you're the only person I can talk to about how PHENOMENAL Friday Night Lights is. I just started season 2, and all I have to say is wow. One of the THE best shows I have ever seen. Liz might kill me for saying this, but I think it compares to Buffy. (Sorry, Lizard. But it's true.) Yay for 2 more seasons!
Maybe with 10 more years, I'll see an episode of Friday Night Lights.
And I just enjoyed Arnett in The Brothers Solomon, though the movie itself was far from memorable.

I thought Friday Night Lights had already been cancelled, and now two more years? I wish they'd give one of those years to Pushing Daisies. Grr.
Also, for the gamblers, I'm setting the over/under for the Ryan Adams/Mandy Moore marriage at 15 months.
I will never understand the Adams/Moore pairing.
I'm itching to watch that Arnett/Bateman video. Gotta wait until I get home!
Hahahaha, I loved the video. I didn't know about Sit Down, Shut Up until I just watched this. Sounds worth my time.
Also, I didn't even know who Cat Cora was until I saw the headlines about her and her partner pregnant at the same time. And then I go home yesterday and watch my DVR'd Oprah and there she is! It was like an official Cat Cora Is Everywhere day.
BTW, I meant to tell you I watched all the episodes of United States of Tara when I was at my mom's. I'm officially adding Showtime. When it was just Californication and Weeds that I was missing I was okay with it. But add USofT and fuck it, I'm Showtime's bitch again.
Also, I may be writing a very long love letter to John Corbett soon. God. Every time I see that man on screen I am like putty. He is so freakin' sexy it's unbelievable.
I'm an FNL fan too Dee Dee, though I haven't seen every episode. Its hard to compare it to Buffy, such different shows. I will allow you to enjoy other shows as much as or more than Buffy, I just need a 25 slide power point presentation defending your stance.
(And yes, at least a half dozen of those slides can just be pics of the cute boys on FNL. That is a valid point of argument).
Fal: I actually canceled Showtime despite USoT. I liked it okay, but cutbacks had to be made. I may re-up when Weeds comes back.
But, dude, John Corbett is so delicious. I love him with the short hair...and his character is just so wonderful. Love him!
