This (Mostly) Just In

- Conan to be on TBS! The redheaded giant will return to late night comedy in November on that station with all the Tyler Perry shows. Very funny.

- Phil Mickelson makes Tiger look even worse! San Diego’s own Phil Mickelson won the Masters yesterday, and his emotional celebration with his family (his wife and mother are both battling breast cancer) was in sharp contrast with Woods, the serial womanizer who finished fourth.

- RIP Dixie Carter. The main chick from Designing Women passed away.

- Tina Fey is funny! The object of this blog’s biggest woman crush hosted SNL this weekend, and revived her Sarah Palin impression.

-The Let’s Make Outs rock! Our band played its second ever “show” last night, and I think it went pretty well. We have a new member, our friend Amber, and she plays a mean tambourine. That link is to our Facebook page, become a fan!

- It’s Padres Opening Day! Red and I are lucky enough to have tickets. Hopefully this morning’s rain is done for good, and the Friars will go for a win.

As one of the legions of fans that actually watched his show, I'm happy that Conan will be on TV again. But it's kind of sad that he'll be on cable. It's just not the same.

What was up with Phil Mickelson's hair? Weird.

Have fun at the game!

I'm not a huge fan of Phil Mickelson and his moobs, but I'm glad he won. I'm glad anyone but Tiger won.

Hehe. Thought you guys would enjoy this nugget from the Sports Guy:

After Tiger birdied the 72nd hole, Jim Nantz said that Tiger had "somehow managed a 69 out of all of this," followed by me giggling like Beavis and Butt-Head for the next 30 seconds. Tiger's week at Augusta couldn't have ended any other way.

I heard that Tiger got a 69! I thought it was a joke at first, but it was all too real.

Oh, and BeckEye: While watching the Masters Sunday, I pointed out to everyone that Mickelson is at least an A-cup. Still seems like a nicer guy than Tiger though.
