Top 5: All Time Gingers

Since this week is apparently "Top 5 List" week, I thought I'd keep it rolling with a list I really can't believe we haven't made yet. Here are my Top 5 Gingers:

Molly Ringwald - The Queen of the 80's teen flick, Molly is my hero for giving Farmer Ted her undies, telling Steff what's what and dancing her ass off in the library.

Jenny Lewis - The Queen of Indie Rock. One of Let's Make Out's best songs at the moment is Jenny's "Acid Tongue."

Conan O'Brien - The funniest Tonight Show host since Carson.

Elizabeth I - My all time hero. Beth the First wouldn't marry because she knew it would mean giving up her power, so she just had dudes write her zillions of love poems instead. One of the OG feminists.

Ron Weasley - So, he's fictional. We still love him more than most real people. And this reminds us HP6 is out in theaters in less than a month! Huzzah!

Your favorite gingers in the comments, please.

I kind of like Sissy Spacek, does she count? She's a strawberryish ginger. And Eric Stolz is ok. And Kathy Griffin.

HAHA OK I'm kidding about Kathy Griffin. She needs shooting.

Isla Fischer is pretty!

Shutting up now.

Excellent list! Molly will always be #1 for me, because I loved her when girls suddenly stopped being icky. She looks great today, too.

Some of my favorites are Amy Adams, Alyson Hannigan, Bryce Dallas Howard, Megan Mullaly, Sara Rue and Alicia Witt before she stopped eating.

FYI, I only went with natural gingers for the list. Amy Adams would probably be there, but she's a bottle job.

I must admit that Elizabeth Kucinich is quite fetching. As the Daily Show said, she would be a FLILF. (http://crooksandliars.com/2007/10/30/is-america-ready-for-a-flilf)

She also seems to be passionate about human rights issues and other east coast elitist things which is a major turn on.

Can I be a kissup and say Red is my favorite ginger? It's pretty much true :)

Danny Elfman. Stoltz is a good one, too.

I like Jason Flemyng, just to add a boy to the mix.

HA! I thought Amy Adams was a bottle job, too; McGone told me to take it back. A couple of my favorite gingers are Megan Follows and Reba McEntire.

Maureen O'Hara. We own The Quiet Man and still love it. Do you know she was born in 1920 and is still alive?

Megan Follows! Whatever happened to her?

Wasn't Parker Lewis kind of a ginger?

I like Fred & George better than Ron. And Mrs. Weasley was the shit.

And, as I alluded to earlier in the year, Rorschach.

Oh, and that dame that sleeps next to me. I'm partial to her, too.

And her Bloggy Pseudonym Boudicca was a bigger kicker of ass than QE1.

The dude who played Malachai in Children of the Corn. I think his name is Courtney Gains but I'm pretty sure Carrot Top is the same person.

Does Ginger Allen count?
