America has the coolest President ever - Apparently, President Obama gave the Queen of England a new iPod full of show tunes during his recent visit to England. Who gives an 87 year-old woman a new iPod? That's awesome! (On a less cheery note, Barry's also really bummed about the series finale of BSG. Join the club, sir. Join the club.)
Project Runway finally on it's way to Lifetime - Gah. I actually have to watch something on Lifetime? I don't even know what channel that is!
Footloose remake still alive - Last week, the remake looked like it was in trouble when Zac Efron left the project to avoid being pigeonholed as a "musical" guy. This seems like an unnecessary remake anyway, but I kinda liked the idea of Zac Effron in the role made famous by Kevin bacon. Oh well.
Blogger addicted to crazy chocolate concoction - Okay, you guys. Go immediately to this website and order as many Firecracker chocolate bars as you can. The delicious confection combines dark chocolate, chipotle chili, salt and pop rocks for a taste sensation just like Jem (truly outrageous, obvs). They're kinda expensive, but totally worth it. Swearsies.

Swearsies? I never heard of the word. B must hear it from me first. He HATES it when I expand on the english language...
That chocolate sounds delicious, but also effete and fancy. Thus, I'll continue to only eat the chocolate I can steal from 8-year-olds I beat up on Halloween.
I hope that Obama checked to see if the Queen was a diehard PC person before buying her an iPod. I wouldn't want to see an international incident.
Also, I've been singing the praises of chile/chocolate pairings for years. I hope you have better luck, everyone looks at me with that face like they smelled a fart.
You DON'T watch Lifetime? Where else can you see such classics as "Mother, May I Sleep With Danger?" and "Baby Monitor: Sound of Fear?" Nowhere, that's where.
I just hope Danger wears protection. All we need is another Spelling running around.
Lifetime movies are about as awesomely bad as it gets.
I thought the iPod gift was odd for such an old lady, but at least it was personalized with pictures and stuff. Better than the DVD box set he gave their Head Chimbley Sweep, or whatever the hell they call their president over there.
I was just somewhere that incorporated pop rocks into a dessert, but can't remember where or what exactly.
It must be from thinking about the BSG finale and how I was able to watch all of it online except for the last three or four minutes which I finally did get to see a week later.
OMFG I want that chocolate. I thought the salty bacon caramel chocolate that you can get at the Ferry Building here in SF was the best chocolate in the world.
I was wrong.
No Lifetime???
Holy crap... When ever I'm feeling a little 'down' I turn on Lifetime and realize my life could be a WHOLE LOT WORSE!!! Lol
OMG!!!!!!!!!
Salty BACON CARAMEL CHOCOLATE!?!? SIGN ME UP!
The idea of an ipod is good. The thought of the queen rocking out is even better.
Lifetime is one of the best spots to watch "so bad it's good" movies. LMN (Lifetime Movie Network) is even better because it's 24/7 cinema featuring damn near everyone who was ever a regular on an Aaron Spelling show.
