Top 5: New TV Crushes

It's about that time again. Here are the top 5 dudes steaming up my TV watching lately:

5. Bryan Greenberg: How to Make it In America - I've mentioned him before, but this Nebraska native is worth mentioning again.

4. Peter Krause: Parenthood - I've always liked Peter Krause, but he hasn't been on a show I've actually watched since Sports Night (you may remember I quit Six Feet Under after one season). I've decided not to watch Parenthood either, but my roommate watches it and sometimes I get sucked in. Peter (and Lauren Graham) just do that to me. (As an aside, I did realize this could be the show for which Lauren Graham finally wins her much deserved Emmy. It might be worth watching for that.)

3. John Corbett: The United States of Tara - So this one isn't new, as I've crushed on John since his Northern Exposure days, but it's just so nice to have him back on TV, I had to include him. Super bonus points for singing and playing piano on the episode this week.

2. James Badge Dale: The Pacific - The new HBO miniseries about WWII is jam-packed with dreamy fellas (as I knew it would be), but James Badge Dale (or JBD as I've just decided I like to call him) may be the dreamiest. It doesn't hurt that his character is the romantic, writer of poetry type.

1. Timothy Olyphant: Justified - Are you watching Justified? It's fun! And would totally be easy to jump into without watching previous episodes. Again, Olyphant is someone I've always enjoyed, but his turn as a bad ass lawman in a 10 gallon hat really has me excited.

How about you? What hotness monsters are you enjoying these days?

I haven't seen "Justified" yet, but I've always loved Timothy Olyphant. And John Corbett will always be the perfect, perfect Aidan to me.

I love Lauren Graham like wow. But two episodes of that thing was enough for me.

And I don't know why, but I've always thought of John Corbett as a giant douche. I bet him and John Cusack hang out together.

At Applebee's.

"Justified" is pretty great. They totally nail the tone of the Elmore Leonard stories and Olyphant is pretty perfect as Raylan Givens.

I don't know if I have any new TV crushes necessarily, but my fondness for Alison Brie escalates with every episode of "Community." (And it makes me want to punch Pete Campbell on "Mad Men" even more so than before). Follow that up with Aubrey Plaza on "Parks and Recreation" and Thursday nights are pretty crush-tastic.

We've probablyl mentioned this, but Red and I kind of know a guy who writes for Community, and HE has a crush on Alison Brie. Apparently she's just as adorbs in person.

Yep, I'd even spread Alison Brie on some crackers.

That was a cheese joke, people. And OMG, no lie...my word ver is "grating." I'm not sure if your blog is making a cheese joke too or if it's insulting me.
