In other news, people are idiots

You know how when the weather girl says that, "There's a 20 percent chance of rain today," it means ... There is a 20 percent chance that it will rain today?

Well, a lot of people don't get that.

Dumbasses.

P.S. I want one of these.

There is a 20% chance that these people passed math.

I can't blame people for being confused. Weathermen have awesome green screen skills and use big words like precipitation and have the power to predict the future. Who wouldn't be intimidated and confused by those skills.

My Dad believes the whole x% chance of rain thing is a con by the weather forecasters. He thinks when they're feeling lazy they make up a number and go "Fuck it, tell the bastards there's a 50% chance of rain. We can't lose."

I could actually start a whole new blog about weird things my Dad believes.

But that All Encompasing Umbrella is rad, no?

That full body umbrella reminds me of "The Cone of Silence" from "Get Smart". Hopefully, it works better than the Cone... which was basically useless.
